Ø 4:30pm meeting called to order.

Ø September meeting minutes were approved.

Ø Treasurers report - was submitted and approved.

Ø Perry said he has not been able to get a hold of the Vanguard people. He will get with Pattie and find out who he needs to talk to.

Ø Jeff McCoy to submit the years meeting agendas.

Ø Sergio said to mention the attendance raffle in future agendas. We will have the first drawing at our December meeting.

Ø Sergio is arranging the vendor tables as follows: Motion Industries, Machesney Park, is doing the November meeting, Ferguson/Thrall, Loves Park, is doing the December, and W.W. Grainger Supply, Rockford, will do the Jan. 2004 meeting.

Ø Matt Austin to check on some possible new members.

Ø CRC 2004 - (limited discussion about CRC without the presence of Mr. Kushner)

Sergio wants to get a distribution list out he will forward to Pattie

Sergio asked if everyone would think about what we can put in a give-away bag

Sergio and Randy said the food and entertainment plans are progressing well

Ø Web site website address to appear on all future ASHRAE meeting agendas

Ø Meeting adjourned at 5:00pm.

Ø Our next meeting will be Tuesday, Nov. 11, 2003 (Veterans Day). Details to follow.
