Ø 4:46pm meeting called to order.

Ø November meeting minutes reviewed and approved.

Ø Treasurers report - was submitted and approved. (Perry was finally able to get someone to talk to him about the Vanguard account)

Sergio reminded us that we should bring the Dinner reservation list to every meeting so that we have the right count for dinner and also to track attendance. If there is a no show, they will be invoiced for their dinner.

Ø It was decided that we would not have a social night (spouses night) in February because of all the activities scheduled for CRC.

Ø Bill Kushner said the golf outing date at Silver Ridge is June 11, 2004.

Ø Bill also brought up that if we agree to it, the Secretary may choose to serve a 2-year term if they do not wish to be Treasurer. Also, the Treasurer can serve a 2-year term if they do not want to serve as Secretary. There will be further discussion on this at future meetings.

CRC 2004

Bill Kushner reviewed the updated CRC Agenda and will email to everyone.
