· By Pat Folz - November meeting minutes were submitted and approved

Ø Ø Treasurer’s report

· By Perry Salvadorini – Treasurer’s Report was submitted and approved

Ø Ø Action Items:

Ø Perry Salvadorini will deposit a check for $3000 into the Scholarship fund

Ø Perry gave Bill Kushner a check for $1000 for Ashrae Research

Ø Pat Folz presented the Social night options:

· Odyssey Cruise, Chicago

· Fireside Theater, Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin

· Dinner and Casino boat in Dubuque, Iowa

Ø Jeff McCoy had volunteered at the November meeting to obtain a Vendor for the Vendor table. He was not present at the December meeting, and will have that information at a future meeting.

Ø Ø New Business

1. January meeting – Pattie is working on a joint meeting with AFE, possibly on the third Tuesday of January. Information on that will be forthcoming.

2. Thursday, Sept. 15, 2005 was the date agreed on for the Ashrae Golf Outing.

Bill Kushner to take care of the details.
